One of the greatest adventures any one can have these days is white water rafting. My wife almost had to threaten me with divorce to get me to go with her down the Red Deer river, but once I tried white water rafting, I fear more about my addiction to the sport than the sport itself.It's interesting that we both have come to love and trust all the staff at Mukwah Tours. Even though I still have a slight fear of falling into the cold water, I would not hesitate to hop in a rafting boat and paddle down the Red Deer river.
We also both enjoyed the camping accommodations, the $2.00 shower makes you feel like a million bucks after a long day of rafting and a night in the forest. Most enjoyable of all was the fabulous dinner that "YES" the owner operator cooked up after our bush trip. Oh yes, we went to the "big rock" to pick up a dry pack I had left behind in the Mukwah 4x4. Not that it was a big deal to lose the dry pack, but the owner went out of his way to make our stay, the best stay! The service was better than any four star hotel.
Anyway, all I can say about Mukwah tours is ... Right on! It's like a second home.
