Not sure if you're ready for a full day of rafting? This 17km gives guests a glimpse of the Red Deer Rivers white water. The Sampler provides about 1.5-2.5 hours of time on the water depending on the time of year and volume of water in the river normally ending no later than 3:30pm.
*****PLEASE READ!!!! While the Sampler tour is shorter in duration does not mean it is easier! You miss 3 major rapids of which probably rank in the top 5 that we go through on the Full Jaunty. Minus the extra rapids the end of the trip concludes on the side of a hill that we need guests to assistance to carry the boats up. It is a fairly steep hill which does take plenty of extra effort to get up in comparison to the full Jaunty which is less than 20 from the water and is at water level. While we do have this option available, most guests think the Sampler is the easier option but are more often than not prepared for the labor intensive carry at the end.*******
